PortMiami
PortMiami is a multi-terminal cruise port in Miami, where the Welcome to Jamrock Reggae Cruise departs by ship rather than hosting the festival on land. A dedicated, toll-free tunnel connects the port directly to I-395 and the MacArthur Causeway, and parking is available at every cruise terminal on both the north and south sides. PortMiami also offers accessible services, including a shared-ride paratransit service and disabled-permit parking in every garage.

Getting there and parking
A dedicated, toll-free tunnel connects PortMiami directly to I-395 and the MacArthur Causeway, taking about 80 percent of port traffic off Downtown Miami streets. Parking is available at every cruise terminal, on both the north and south sides of the port, with disabled-permit spaces in every garage; a free shuttle between parking and terminals runs only on cruise days, and all parking areas are patrolled by security.
PortMiami is also reachable by airport shuttle from Miami International and Fort Lauderdale International, by rental-car and limousine services, and by Miami-Dade Metrobus. The Metrobus stops at Southside, across from the Cruise Terminal J parking garage, and Northside, across from the Cruise Terminal E surface lot.
Accessibility
PortMiami offers accessible programs, services and amenities for passengers with disabilities, including Special Transportation Service, a shared-ride paratransit service giving door-to-door transport between main entrances, plus designated disabled-permit parking spaces in every garage. A standard disabled parking permit gets two hours of complimentary parking before standard rates apply; full fee exemption is reserved for vehicles with specialized equipment such as ramps, lifts or hand controls, or a Florida disabled-veteran plate, with the veteran present in the vehicle.
