Before you book

Short version: we check everything we publish and we date it, but festivals change. Confirm with the organiser before you book travel, accommodation or time off.

We take real care with this. Every listing is sourced, every fact carries the date we last checked it, and when something changes we would rather tell you than quietly leave it. But a festival can move its dates, change its venue, alter its lineup, put its prices up, sell out, or cancel entirely, and it can do all of that after we last looked and without telling anyone.

What we are, and what we are not

We are an independent guide. We are not the organiser of any festival listed here, we do not run any event, and we do not sell tickets. We have no control over what a festival does, and we cannot fix it for you if it changes. When you buy a ticket you are buying from the organiser or their ticket seller, and their terms apply, not ours.

Confirm these before you spend money

Always check on the organiser's own site or ticket page:

Accessibility, safety and medical needs

Please treat what we publish about accessibility as a starting point for your own conversation with the organiser, never as a guarantee. We record what a festival states and we mark what we have verified, but terrain, facilities, viewing platforms, accessible camping and shuttle provision all change between editions, and the difference matters far more to you than it does to us. Contact the organiser's access team directly and get your specific needs confirmed before you travel.

The same goes for anything touching health or safety. We are not a medical, legal or safety authority, and nothing here is advice.

The festival assistant

The assistant answers from our own records and only from our own records, so it cannot invent a festival or make up a price. What it can do is repeat something that was accurate when we checked it and has changed since, or tell you it cannot find something that exists. It is a fast way to read what we hold. It is not a booking service, not an authority on any festival, and not advice. When it matters, check the festival page for the date we last verified a fact, then confirm with the organiser.

Weather

Where we describe weather, we are describing what previous editions were actually like, taken from historical records. It is context for what to pack. It is not a forecast and it is not a prediction.

What festivals offer

We describe what a festival programmes so you can decide whether it is for you. Listing something is not endorsing it, and not a claim that it is safe, effective, legal where you live, or suitable for you. That includes wellbeing and therapeutic programming, which we list in the same neutral way we list a band.

Links and partners

Some links take you to ticket sellers, organisers or travel providers. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your data. Where we earn a commission on a booking we will say so plainly on the page where it happens. A commission never buys a place on Froligo and never changes where a festival ranks.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and are the lowest general admission price we have seen unless we say otherwise. They exclude booking fees, which can be substantial. Free means free to enter, not free to camp or park.

Tell us when we are wrong

If something here is out of date or plain wrong, please tell us at [email protected] and we will check it and correct it. We would much rather hear it from you than leave it wrong for someone else. If you are the organiser, tell us and we will prioritise it.

Every listing is sourced and dated. Read how we handle your data.
