Bio
Bizhiki is a Wisconsin-based collective that blends Native American powwow singing and hand drumming with electronic, indie and avant-garde pop. It centers on Ojibwe vocalists Dylan Bizhikiins Jennings and Joe Rainey together with Bon Iver multi-instrumentalist Sean Carey (S. Carey). The project traces its origin to a 2015 invitation to perform at the Eaux Claires Festival, and its genre-blurring debut album, Unbound, was released by Jagjaguwar in 2024
