These terms cover your use of froligo.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Froligo is a directory of US festivals, run from Queensland, Australia. Contact: [email protected].
2. The information on Froligo is a guide
We gather festival information from organisers' own websites and announcements, and we date and check what we publish. But festivals change: dates move, lineups change, prices rise, and events are postponed or cancelled. Always confirm details with the organiser before you buy tickets, book travel or make plans. We do our best to keep listings current, but we cannot promise that every detail is complete, accurate or up to date.
3. We do not sell tickets
Froligo does not sell tickets, accommodation or travel, and we never take payment from you. When you follow a link to an organiser, ticket seller, hotel or other business, you deal with them directly and their terms apply. We are not responsible for their products, services, prices or policies.
4. How Froligo makes money
Some links on Froligo are affiliate links. If you book or buy through them, we may earn a commission. It never changes the price you pay, and it never changes what we say about a festival: our listings, facts and recommendations are not for sale.
5. Alerts and accounts
You do not need an account to use Froligo. Alerts and sign-in are optional, need no password, and can be stopped at any time from a link in any email we send.
6. Things you send us
If you send us a correction, a message, photos or other information, you confirm you are allowed to share it, and you let us use it to update and improve our listings. We credit photos as the person or festival who provided them asks.
7. Using the site fairly
Please do not misuse Froligo: no attempts to break, overload or attack the site, no copying it at scale by automated means, and nothing unlawful.
8. Our content
The text, design and data on Froligo are ours, unless they belong to someone else. Festival names, logos and photos belong to their owners. You may share links to our pages and quote short parts with a link back.
9. Our responsibility
We provide Froligo free and as a guide. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on information on the site, from changes or cancellations by organisers, or from dealings with businesses we link to. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
