Bio

BLOND:ISH is the house and electronic project of Canadian DJ and producer Vivie-Ann Bakos, originally from Montreal. Started as a duo in the late 2000s, it continued as Bakos's project after her collaborator departed in 2019. Her productions blend melodic house with Middle Eastern and African influences, and she is also known for sustainability advocacy in the music industry.
