Chloe Bailey is an American singer, songwriter and actress born on July 1, 1998, in Mableton, Georgia. She first gained recognition as one half of the duo Chloe x Halle alongside her sister Halle Bailey. She launched a solo career with the 2021 single "Have Mercy" and released her debut solo album In Pieces in 2023.
