Bio
dadweed is a Portland, Oregon acoustic trio formed in spring 2023 after its members met picking bluegrass at the McKenzie River Jamfest. Built around two guitars and an upright bass, they blend jazz, folk, pop and R&B within a traditional bluegrass lens, leaning on three-part harmonies and improvisation. They were named one of Willamette Week's best new bands of 2025
