Donal Hinely is a Tennessee-based musician who plays the glass harmonica, producing tones by rubbing wet fingers across the rims of water-tuned wine glasses. He learned the instrument from his older brother Terry, with whom he formed the group Glasnots in 1988, and has released solo glass harmonica albums including Glass Stories.
