Fall Out Boy is an American rock band formed in Wilmette, Illinois, in 2001, emerging from the Chicago-area hardcore and punk scene. The group comprises vocalist and guitarist Patrick Stump, bassist Pete Wentz, guitarist Joe Trohman, and drummer Andy Hurley, and is known for blending pop-punk and emo with alternative rock.
