Gareth Emery is an English trance DJ and producer from Southampton, regarded as one of the genre's leading figures of the 2000s and 2010s. A classically trained pianist, he has released studio albums including Northern Lights and Drive, runs his own label Garuda, and has appeared regularly in DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs poll, peaking at number seven in 2010.
