Gojira is a French heavy metal band formed in Ondres in the mid-1990s, playing a progressive and technical style that blends death, groove and post-metal. The band earned wide acclaim for its 2005 album From Mars to Sirius, and its 2021 record Fortitude was the best-selling album in the US during its opening week.
