Bio
Jamiah Rogers, known as the 'Blues Superman' and by the moniker 'Deacon Denzel,' is a Chicago blues-rock guitarist and singer born in 1995 who fronts the band Dirty Church. Raised in a musical family, he began on drums at age three and guitar at seven, blending fast traditional blues with funky blues-rock and reggae-tinged jams, drawing on Jimi Hendrix, the three Kings and Muddy Waters. He signed with Delmark Records in 2024
