Kylesa is an American sludge metal band formed in Savannah, Georgia, in 2001 by former members of the band Damad. Their sound combines heavy, drop-tuned riffs with psychedelic rock, and the group became known for using two drummers. Founding members Phillip Cope and Laura Pleasants have anchored the band across its run.
