Bio
ProbCause is the stage name of Colin Grimm, a Chicago-based rapper, producer and visual artist raised in Evanston, Illinois. A former drummer who switched to the mic and released his first project as ProbCause at 18, he built a sound that jumps between hip-hop, electronic, R&B and gritty boom-bap, with ties to Chicago's underground rap and electronic scenes. He is also a graphic artist and animator who earned a master's from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and creates much of his own cover art and music-video animation
