Bio
The Green is a reggae band formed in 2009 on Oahu, Hawaii, built around cousins Caleb Keolanui and J.P. Kennedy along with musicians from the band Stir Crazy. Their sound fuses dub-heavy roots reggae and lovers' rock with contemporary pop and indigenous Hawaiian references. Their self-titled 2010 debut won Best Reggae Album at Hawaii's 2011 Na Hoku Hanohano Awards, and their follow-up Ways & Means topped the Billboard Reggae chart
