What to eat & drink
Each participating restaurant creates a food offering to spotlight its featured beer. There is no single signature plate, the point is to build a tasting route and compare pairings around downtown.

The experience
What's special
A walkable, restaurant-to-restaurant tasting route rather than a fenced beer festival. Participating Newark kitchens design dishes around featured brews, and visitors choose their own sequence through downtown while a sidewalk sale adds local shopping
What people love
The self-guided format rewards curiosity: more than 40 beers are spread across independent restaurants, so the day doubles as an introduction to downtown Newark’s dining scene
