Astroworld Festival was an annual music festival founded and headlined by American musician Travis Scott, staged outdoors in Houston, Texas at NRG Park, near the former site of the Six Flags AstroWorld theme park. It was a large single-site, general-admission event built around Scott's headline performance; the 2021 edition was billed as the third annual festival and sold out

The most recent edition was the third annual festival, held on 5-6 November 2021 in Houston, which sold out. During the headline performance a crowd surge caused a fatal crowd crush: ten attendees died, and contemporaneous reporting stated that more than 300 people were treated on site for injuries and at least 25 were hospitalized. Local officials subsequently pursued an internal review of the event. The festival has not been staged again since
