How do I get to Downtown Alive?
By car
Most people drive to Downtown Alive. The nearest major airport is GSP, and from there it is a straightforward drive to the venue. Check current road and traffic conditions before you set off, and see parking below.
By train
Amtrak's Crescent (New York-Atlanta-New Orleans) stops daily at Greenville station, 1120 W Washington St about one mile northwest of downtown/NOMA Square, so a short rideshare or ~20-min walk to the venue. Caveat for a Thursday-evening concert series: the Crescent calls at Greenville in the very early morning / late night (the station waiting room only opens 4:00-6:00am and 10:00pm-midnight around train times), so this suits attendees building Downtown Alive into a longer Greenville stay rather than same-day arrival for a 5:30pm show

Intercity coaches serve Greenville, but the stop is NOT downtown: both Greyhound and FlixBus board at the Raceway gas station, 1116 Woodruff Rd roughly 6 miles southeast of NOMA Square, so plan a rideshare hop (~15 min) into downtown. Direct routes from Atlanta, Charlotte, Columbia, Jacksonville and other Southeast cities

Uber and Lyft both operate at GSP with a designated pickup area exit baggage claim and follow 'Ground Transportation' signs to the lower-level curb, then look for the TNC/Rideshare passenger-pickup zone. No on site parking. Use nearby lots or transit. Cost No dedicated event parking Downtown Alive happens on the public NOMA Square plaza (North Main St) and attendees use the City of Greenville's downtown garages, several of which sit within a block or two of the venue: Richardson Street Garage (34 Richardson St, directly behind the Hyatt Regency/NOMA Square block), North Laurens Street Deck, Church Street Garage (two blocks away) and the Commons garage adjacent to the Hyatt. Standard city-garage rates: first hour FREE, $2 second hour, $1/hour after, $7 daily max. Note the timing wrinkle for this series: shows run Thursday 5:30-8:30pm, and the city's free evening/weekend garage windows only begin Friday evening so expect to pay a few dollars, not park free, on show nights. On-street metered spaces are free after 6pm but fill fast on Main Street. Prepay via ParkMobile (optional pay-in-app for all city garages; automated pay-in-lane card stations also at every garage).
