The experience
What's special
Factory Town Music Week is a multi-night house and techno gathering staged at Factory Town, a seven-acre former mattress factory turned open-air entertainment district in Hialeah, just outside Miami. During Miami Music Week it expands to five stages (four open-air and one enclosed warehouse) running sunset-to-sunrise, functioning as the city's marquee 'afters' destination with nonstop, back-to-back programming
What people love
Regulars repeatedly call Factory Town one of the best venues in the country, praising the upgraded sound system, the sprawling multi-stage layout where stages sit roughly a minute apart, and the freedom to bounce between acts. The house-and-techno curation and the crowd draw particular praise, with several rating the vibe well above other Miami Music Week options
Last time around (2026)
The 2026 edition ran five nights, March 25-29, during Miami Music Week, with a Justice set on the opening day singled out as a highlight and the reworked stages drawing praise. Common critiques centered on the central bank of portable toilets getting unpleasant at peak times, food that attendees called hit or miss, and the awkward drive and limited walkable parking that pushes most people toward rideshare
