Ghost Ranch's own travel-options guidance recommends this chain for guests flying into Albuquerque (ABQ) rather than Santa Fe (SAF): a free connector bus (with reservation, ~every 45 min) from the airport to the Central/Downtown Albuquerque train station, then the Rail Runner Express to the Santa Fe Rail Yard Depot, which is a 4-block level walk to the Sage Inn (the White Buffalo Shuttle pickup point above)

Not airport-specific riders first need to reach the Sage Inn (from SAF via rideshare/taxi, or from ABQ via the train chain below), then White Buffalo covers the ~65-mile Santa Fe→Ghost Ranch leg. Reservation required directly with the operator (phone/email), not an online booking system. Per the same guidance, White Buffalo can also arrange direct ABQ-airport service 'for an additional cost' for guests of a Ghost Ranch-sponsored program

Uber and Lyft both operate at SAF (standard app-based terminal pickup) and within Santa Fe generally usable for the SAF→Sage Inn leg or a direct SAF→Ghost Ranch trip for those not using the White Buffalo/train combo, though a ~65-mile rideshare trip into a rural area should be treated as expensive and driver-availability-uncertain rather than a default recommendation. The FAQ has an ADA section. There is designated ADA parking, first come first served, plus ADA compliant bathrooms and ADA portable restrooms. Chairs are available for people unable to stand, on request to a festival employee.

The organiser states plainly that there is no special ADA viewing area. Terrain is a real factor: the camper information page warns that the New Mexico high desert field is not a lawn, is prepped and mowed but the native flora can be spiky or prickly, and asks people to avoid parking on tall grass for fire risk.
The glamping bathroom trailer includes an ADA accessible portable toilet but is for glamping guests only. A free shuttle runs continuously between the Mesa Campground and the festival grounds, last shuttle back at 1 am. Access requests are taken by email via the FAQ page
