From there, an NJ Transit Northeast Corridor train to Long Branch usually requires a change at Newark Penn Station or NY Penn Station onto the North Jersey Coast Line, terminating at Long Branch station (3rd Ave), about a 15-20 min walk to the Great Lawn/Pier Village boardwalk (per rider commentary 10-15 min to Pier Village, closer to 20 min to the boardwalk itself, or a ~$4 cab)

Cost Metered parking on the oceanfront from Brighton to Morris Avenues (which includes the Great Lawn/10 Ocean Blvd area) runs $2/hour Mon-Thu and $3/hour Fri-Sun & holidays per the city's own parking page; the festival falls on a Saturday, so the higher weekend rate applies. Pier Village itself has separate metered hours (10am-midnight) versus 9am-5pm for other oceanfront meters. A municipal lot across from Ocean Place Resort on Ocean Blvd is also available (same $2/$3 hourly structure; free for Long Branch residents with proof of residency). No dedicated festival lot or prepaid festival parking pass was found this is street/municipal-lot metered parking via ParkMobile, not a festival-specific product.
