The experience

What's special

MeWe Fairs has run metaphysical fairs since 2014 and now works nine or more cities across Washington and Oregon. The Auburn stop takes the grandstand at Emerald Downs twice a year, and this is the autumn one, on 3 and 4 October 2026. The operator sizes it at 70 booths and 30 talks over the two days, with a free intuitive panel opening each morning at ten, at which a rota of practitioners give readings and healings to the audience from the floor. The fair floor mixes readers, mediums and energy practitioners taking sittings at their own tables with traders in crystals, jewellery, candles, herbals, clothing and skincare. What sets it apart from the paid expo model is the price: entry is free if you register ahead and five dollars at the door if you do not, and every talk is included

Last time around (2026)

The previous Auburn fair ran at the same venue on 28 and 29 March 2026. Its published programme gives a good picture of the shape: 41 named traders and practitioners on the floor, an intuitive panel at ten each morning, and roughly twenty talks across two parallel rooms covering sacred geometry, animal communication, mediumship demonstrations, Balinese energy work, a billet psychometry demonstration and an outdoor smudging ceremony. The organizer also ran a spiritual speed dating hour and invited anyone open to dating to wear a heart sticker. None of those names is confirmed for October

What it costs

Two separate costs

Three layers, and the first one is genuinely free rather than unpublished. Layer one is the door: the operator states that all its fairs are free to attend if you register in advance, or $5 for the whole weekend paid at the door, with children 13 and under always free. That is a published price, recorded as free with a $5 walk-up alternative, and it applies to entry and to the talks and the daily intuitive panel alike. One honest caveat: the free advance registration for this occurrence had not opened on the operator's Humanitix account as of 5 September 2026, so today the $5 door route is the only one a visitor can actually use. Layer two is per service and is unpublished: readings, healings and sittings are bought at each practitioner's own booth at that practitioner's own rate, which the operator says openly is set individually and is often lower than the same practitioner's private rate. No figure is published for any of them. Layer three is special events, which the operator advertises as two to four or more per fair, mostly carrying a separate fee and ticketed through Humanitix. Nothing has been announced for October, so no special event and no price is recorded for this occurrence. Parking is free per the operator

Getting in

Weekend entry with advance registrationFreeThe operator's standing policy across all its fairs. Registration runs through its Humanitix host account. The October Auburn listing had not appeared there as of 5 September 2026, so this route is announced but not yet open.
Weekend entry at the door$5Covers the whole weekend. Paid at the door by cash, card, PayPal, Venmo or similar.
Children 13 and underFreeAlways free, per the operator's Washington venues page.
Emerald Downs parkingFreeThe operator states parking is free at its Auburn fair. That statement is carried on the March 2026 Auburn listing for the same venue and has not been restated for October.

What a reading costs

Reading or sitting at a practitioner's boothNot published. The operator states that sessions are available at booths and that each practitioner sets their own fees, often lower than their private session rates. No amount, duration or range is published for any practitioner.Set by each practitioner
Energy healing session at a practitioner's boothNot published. Priced by the individual practitioner at their own booth on the same basis as readings.Set by each practitioner
Talks and demonstrations during fair hoursIncluded in entry. The operator sizes the Auburn programme at 30 talks over the two days.Free
Intuitive Q&A panel, 10 to 11 a.m. each dayIncluded in entry, and the operator describes it as a panel at which a selection of practitioners give free readings and healings to the audience.Free
Special eventsThe operator advertises two to four or more special events at each fair and states that most carry an extra fee, sold separately through Humanitix and usually scheduled before or after fair hours. Nothing has been announced for the October Auburn occurrence, so neither the events nor their prices are known. At the March 2026 Auburn edition the special events were a morning soundscape session, the free intuitive panels and a free spiritual speed dating hour.Set by each practitioner

Entry covers the fair floor, all 30 talks and the daily intuitive panel. The operator states separately that some talks and events at its fairs may carry an extra fee, so an individual talk carrying a charge is possible even though nothing on the March Auburn timetable did The door layer is published and free or near free. Budget for it separately. Special event prices for October are unannounced rather than absent

Programme

Structural facts (dates, hours, 70 booths, 30 talks, panel times) are from the operator's own Auburn entry for 3 and 4 October 2026. The named practitioners and the talk timetable are from the PREVIOUS Auburn edition of 28 and 29 March 2026 and are labelled as such throughout

The operator's published pattern for Auburn is an intuitive panel at 10 a.m. on both days, then the fair floor and booths from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Talks run in two parallel rooms through the day and are included in entry. Special events sit outside fair hours, before or after, and most carry a separate fee. The March 2026 Auburn edition also advertised a free final hour each day; that has not been restated for October and is not assumed here
