That terrain warning is the key planning fact for the Stovall Farms site. Parking is free onsite in multiple locations with parking teams directing arrivals, but the organiser does not publish designated accessible parking, any drop off point, or the distance from parking to the gate.
Guests are told they may bring a lawn chair or camp chair and blankets. Service animals are always allowed and must not be left unattended, and handlers must clean up after them. Golf carts and four wheelers are prohibited.
On transport, free shuttles run to and from the festival for guests staying at the partner hotel, the Isle Casino in Lula MS about 15 minutes away, and a separate paid VIP Shuttle service is sold as a ticket add on, but the site does not state whether any of these shuttle vehicles are wheelchair accessible, which matters because the hotel shuttle is the main option for anyone not camping.
