Cost The DeBartolo Performing Arts Center's own Visitor Lot and the Stayer/Stadium Lot are free evenings (after 5pm weekdays) and all day on weekends and holidays exactly the slots a February 2-day festival is likely to run in. During weekday business hours (Mon-Fri, 6am-5pm) the Visitor Lot requires ParkMobile payment. Accessible spaces sit adjacent to the center on a first-come basis. A separate free-parking validation exists via the Eddy Street Commons Garage for DPAC events. Prepay via ParkMobile (weekday business hours only).
