No walking distance from that lot to the festival is given. General festival parking is spread through downtown in privately owned lots that usually charge. The event runs outdoors in Historic Seville Square, 311 East Government Street, plus the adjacent Fountain Park and Bartram Park, so it is a multi park city centre footprint, but the organiser publishes no description of the ground surface, gradients or mud risk for those parks and the City of Pensacola facility page for Seville Square does not carry usable accessibility detail either.
Service animals are welcome and the FAQ reproduces the US Department of Justice ADA definition; comfort and emotional support animals do not qualify. Winterfest offers free trolley rides to the festival on Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 7pm and Sunday 12pm to 4pm, but neither the festival nor the FAQ states whether the trolley is wheelchair accessible, so anyone relying on it should confirm first.
