By train
The stop operates evenings from early June through late September (18 trains/9 each way weekdays, 22 trains weekends during the 2025 season per Metra), with weekend service starting mid-morning. Off-season (Fall/Spring Series), trains instead stop at the year-round 'Braeside' station, about a quarter-mile walk from the South Gate

No online prepayment platform exists -- payment is taken at the lot, card/cashless preferred, exact cash accepted. Primary lot is the West Parking Lot (201 Ravinia Park Rd); it can fill within an hour of opening on popular nights, after which guests are redirected to Highland Park's downtown Metra-station lots/structure, with a free Park & Ride shuttle bus running for select Hunter Pavilion shows only (waits can exceed an hour at peak times, per the official page).
