What's special
The Original South Dakota BBQ Championships is the smoke-and-fire centerpiece of Wheel Jam, combining a KCBS-sanctioned rib contest, a four-meat Master Series and public People's Choice tastings
What people love
Visitors can taste rather than simply watch: Friday brings a chili People's Choice and Saturday adds the Backyard BBQ public vote, alongside the surrounding vehicle shows, racing and music
