The City of Sturgeon Bay's only documented downtown parking restriction is a seasonal winter overnight ban (2am-6am, Dec 1-Apr 1, requiring a paid permit) which does not apply in June when the festival runs outside that window, downtown street parking and municipal lots are understood to be free, per the city's own FAQ, but no dedicated summer-event parking map was found
