Accessible parking is on site but extremely limited and first come first served; once those spaces are full, drivers with disability placards can drop off and pick up near the front of the festival and then park off site on the street, at the Montgomery College East Garage or at the Takoma Metro station.
This is a shuttle based arrival and the organiser states the shuttle bus service is accessible. Free shuttles run 10:15 AM to 5:30 PM on festival day from the Montgomery College TPSS East Garage, the Takoma Metro station Kiss and Ride lot, and Washington Adventist University.
If you walk instead, note the approaches are uphill: the organiser describes a 15 minute uphill walk from Takoma Metro and a 0.2 mile uphill walk on Piney Branch Road from the nearest Sunday bus stop. On toilets, the port-a-johns near the Loading Dock at the school are accessible and can be reached without using stairs; additional port-a-johns are in the parking lot.
A First Aid tent is on site, marked on the festival map. Only service animals are allowed on the grounds. Much of the festival is outdoors. No companion or carer ticket policy is published and the festival has no camping. For any other accessibility request the organiser asks you to email [email protected], the earlier the better
