No transit mode reaches Greenfield itself from BDL the Bradley Flyer only gets a traveler to downtown Hartford, well short of the venue, so this leg is really only useful combined with a rental car picked up in Hartford rather than as a full door-to-door option

Handicap parking is available close to the main stage, and there is designated Handicap Camping located across from First Aid as you head to the Vernville Stage. For either, the organiser asks you to tell the parking or gate staff on arrival, who will assist; there is no advance registration process published.
Terrain is described honestly and it is mixed: the main stage sits on a baseball field that the organiser calls flat and level, but the Vernville and River Worm stages are in the woods and a wooded path is the only way to reach them, where you may encounter roots and stumps.
Elsewhere the FAQ says that depending on where you are parked it is an easy, accessible walk to the concert field or campground. Parking is included with the ticket. You cannot drive to a campsite in the main wooded tent camping areas; you must park and carry your gear, though car camping is available for an extra $40 per car, cash at the gate.
There are no power or water hookups for RVs. Service animals must be cleared at the gate and other pets are not allowed. The festival publishes nothing about accessible toilets, accessible viewing platforms, a companion or carer ticket policy, ASL interpretation or a quiet space.
