Do festivals offer payment plans?
Many larger US festivals do: you put down a deposit at checkout and pay the rest in monthly installments, usually for a small fee. Plans are typically only offered until a cutoff a couple of months before the event, and missing a payment can cancel the order, so read the plan terms. Do I get a refund if a festival is cancelled or it storms?
Full-event cancellation almost always means a refund from the official seller, usually automatic. Weather delays, single-day cuts, or lineup changes usually do not, because most tickets are sold rain-or-shine with no-refund terms. Travel and camping add-ons follow their own policies. Is it safe to buy resale festival tickets?
Buy from the festival's official channels first, including its official resale or fan-to-fan exchange when one exists; that's the only route where the festival will stand behind the ticket. Big resale marketplaces offer buyer guarantees but prices float above face value. Never pay by wire transfer, gift card, or payment-app friends-and-family to a stranger, and treat social-media DM sellers as scams by default. Froligo links each festival's official ticket page, and that link is always the safest starting point. One thing to be clear about: where we list resale options, we're passing on information we've verified exists, but we can't guarantee tickets or the exchange itself. That protection sits with the resale platform, so always check their buyer guarantee before you pay.

The festival is sold out. What are my options?
Three honest routes: the festival's official resale or waitlist (safest, face value, opens closer to the event), its official exchange partner if named, or established resale marketplaces with buyer protection (expect a markup). Ticket drops also happen when production holds are released in the final weeks, so follow the festival's channels. Avoid DM sellers and too-good prices. If the festival on Froligo shows an official resale link, start there.
