Using your photos and video on Froligo's social accounts
Thank you for sharing your festival with us. Here is exactly what we do with photos and video you or your photographer say we may use, and what we never do.
What we may do
- Post the picture or clip on Froligo's social accounts (Instagram now; TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Threads as we open them) and on froligo.com.
- Crop it to the platform's shape, add our headline over it, and cut a short vertical clip from a longer video.
- Credit the festival and the photographer or videographer by name and account on every post, with a link.
What we never do
- Use it in paid advertising.
- Pass it on or license it to anyone else.
- Imply that you, your artists or your photographer endorse Froligo.
- Use the music in a video unless you tell us it is cleared; otherwise we post it silent or with a platform library track.
Your rights stay yours. You keep the copyright. Tell us at [email protected] and we take a post down within seven days.
If the pictures are a photographer's, we only use them if they, or you on their behalf with their agreement, say yes. If you would rather we ask them directly, send us their name and we will.
Froligo is a free, independent guide. Festivals and artists cannot buy coverage; sponsored placements exist and are always labeled.
