Colorado State Fairgrounds
The Colorado State Fairgrounds in Pueblo host the Colorado State Fair, which runs from August 27 to September 6 in 2027. During the fair, a free shuttle runs from downtown Pueblo's Main Street Parking Garage to Gate 5, and public parking is in the South Lot. Admission is sold at only three gates, and outside food and drink stay at home except water.

Worth knowing before you go
- Only Gates 3, 5 and 9 sell admission; the other gates are service only or need credentials.
- Bags are searched and there are weapon detectors at every entry gate.
- Outside food and drink are not allowed, but factory-sealed water and an empty reusable bottle are.
- Bikes, skateboards, skates, hoverboards and electric scooters not used for mobility stay outside.
- The Arroyo gate is not open to the public, so use Beulah Avenue for accessible entry.

Getting there and parking
Festival-specific · Colorado State FairPublic parking is in the Colorado State Fair South Lot, south of the fairgrounds between Mesa and Northern Avenues. A free Pueblo Transit shuttle also runs from the Main Street Parking Garage at 110 S. Main St in downtown Pueblo to Gate 5 on Prairie Ave. every 15 to 30 minutes, and parking in the garage is free.

Accessible parking and access are from designated areas along Beulah and Arroyo Avenues. Scootaround rents mobility devices inside Gate 5, and you are welcome to bring your own electric scooter, stroller, wagon or wheelchair.
