Getting there and parking

We don't yet have confirmed information about parking at Melody Mountain Ranch. The venue's own pages are the place to check: ljtfest.com.

Accessibility

Much of Melody Mountain Ranch sits on a hill, and driving within the campground is discouraged because the ground turns slick and muddy quickly when wet. The festival runs rain or shine, with music continuing at the main band stage or the covered acoustic pavilion stage unless weather turns severe.

Confirm your specific needs with the venue before you travel (ljtfest.com).

Camping

The campground has more than 400 electric and water sites, more than 3,000 reserved campsites and hundreds of non reserved sites, so there is room whether you are in a bus or a tent. Shower houses, a beer store, food and merch vendors, water fill up and sewer pumping are available on site. Open camping reservations for sites not held the year before go on sale December 1st at 10am.

Food, water and what you can bring

All items are subject to search by law enforcement. A medium bag or backpack is allowed, along with a clear bag no bigger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches and empty reusable cups or water bottles up to 32 ounces. Offensive signs, banners, or alcohol and drug branded items are not allowed.

You can bring your own alcohol if you are 21 or over, since the festival itself does not sell alcohol, though an on site Allsup's convenience store sells beer by the case or in cold singles. Glass bottles are not allowed and will be confiscated, and oversized drinking devices or kegs over 64 ounces are not permitted.
