Pier 80 is a working waterfront site in San Francisco, and Portola Music Festival is a 21 and over event held there. There is no festival parking at Pier 80, so the free shuttle from 24th St. Mission BART, or Muni, is the way in, and water refill stations mean you can bring an empty bottle rather than buy one.

Getting there and parking
There is no festival parking available at Pier 80, so visitors are told not to drive to the event.
A free shuttle runs on a loop between Pier 80 and the 24th St. Mission BART station, boarding at the corner of Valencia St. and 24th St. Muni trains and buses also serve the Pier 80 area with late station hours during the festival, and all BART stations and Muni bus stops are accessible.
Accessibility
There are two Accessibility Services Hubs, one outside near the Box Office before the entrance scan lanes and one inside the venue, where you can get an accessibility wristband and one companion wristband. A limited number of accessible shuttles run to Pier 80, and there is a point to recharge a motorized mobility device.
Wheelchairs, scooters, crutches, walkers and canes are all welcome, but the festival does not rent out mobility devices, so bring your own.
