Shakori Hills Community Arts Center
Shakori Hills Community Arts Center is a rural festival ground in Pittsboro, reached via Silk Hope Road off US 15-501 from Chapel Hill. The GrassRoots Festival adds tent, vehicle and RV camping as an add-on to your ticket, with no RV hookups on site and generators allowed only for medical reasons. Vendors on site serve Mexican dishes, wraps and bowls, kombucha and pizza, and there are special children's and youth areas with games and workshops.
