Veterans Memorial Park
Veterans Memorial Park in Mount Airy hosts the Fiddlers Convention each year, with workshops in fiddle, banjo, vocals, guitar and dance running all week in the Grandstand. The campground has 10 acres of shady woods, modern restrooms and showers, and a free shuttle runs continuously from the park to downtown Mount Airy.
