2 Chainz, born Tauheed Epps in College Park, Georgia, is an American hip-hop artist who first recorded as half of the duo Playaz Circle before launching a solo career. After signing to Def Jam in 2012, he broke through with singles such as "No Lie" (featuring Drake) and "I'm Different," and has released multiple charting studio albums.
