Blancmange are an English synth-pop group formed in Harrow, London, in 1979 by Neil Arthur (vocals) and Stephen Luscombe (keyboards). In the early 1980s they scored UK top-20 hits including 'Living on the Ceiling', 'Blind Vision' and 'Waves' across albums such as Happy Families (1982) and Mange Tout (1984). Arthur has continued to record prolifically under the Blancmange name since the group's 2011 revival
