Jessie Reyez is a Colombian-Canadian singer-songwriter born in Toronto in 1991 to Colombian parents. She broke through with the 2016 single "Figures," won the Juno Award for Breakthrough Artist of the Year in 2018, and released her debut studio album, Before Love Came to Kill Us, in 2020.
