KC and the Sunshine Band is an American disco and funk group founded in 1973 in Miami, Florida by Harry Wayne "KC" Casey and Richard Finch. Known for a run of 1970s hits including "That's the Way (I Like It)," "Get Down Tonight" and "Give It Up," the band helped define the disco era.
