Lettuce is an American funk band formed in 1992 by teenage musicians attending a summer program at Berklee College of Music in Boston. The band's name comes from their habit of asking clubs to 'let us' play, and its longtime members include drummer Adam Deitch and guitarists Adam Smirnoff and Eric Krasno.
