Major Lazer is an American electronic dance music project fronted by producer Diplo, formed in 2008 (originally with Switch) and now also featuring Walshy Fire and Ape Drums, blending EDM with dancehall, moombahton and reggae influences. The group is known for the 2015 single "Lean On" (with MØ and DJ Snake), one of the most-streamed songs on Spotify, and for producing Snoop Dogg's 2012 reggae album "Reincarnated" under his Snoop Lion persona.
