Bio

Pamela Means is a Milwaukee-born, classically and jazz-trained guitarist and singer-songwriter who studied at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music before making her mark on the Boston folk scene and settling in Easthampton, Massachusetts. Her politically charged songs speak to the intersections of gender, race and class across folk, jazz and blues. She has been named Falcon Ridge Folk Festival's 'Most Wanted New Artist' and Wisconsin's 'Folk Artist of the Year.'
