No direct passenger rail to the venue was found. Drive, fly in, or use a shuttle instead.
By bus & public transit
Intercity coach gets you to Hartford Union Station from NYC, Boston or Springfield, which is what the festival's own directions page means by 'Bus service from Hartford is also available'. Peter Pan dropped its Torrington/Winsted stops in 2019, so no coach reaches Litchfield County anymore, from Hartford you still need the Express 927 + taxi chain or a ~50-min rideshare to Goshen
Book / info →Multi-leg and honest-about-it: CTtransit Route 30 'Bradley Flyer' runs semi-express from BDL Terminal A (door 6) to Hartford Union Station, ~30 min, $1.75, roughly every 40 min. From downtown Hartford (Central Row), CTtransit Express 927 'Torrington Express' runs to Torrington Park & Ride, WEEKDAYS ONLY, no Saturday/Sunday service, so it works for a Wed-Fri arrival but not a Sunday departure. Nothing public covers the last ~7 miles from Torrington to Goshen: the Northwestern CT Transit District's fixed routes and Dial-A-Ride do not serve Goshen (a non-member town, inter-regional RITS program only), so the final leg is a local taxi/rideshare

The only single-seat door-to-door option from BDL (Bradley International, Windsor Locks) to the Goshen Fairgrounds, roughly 45 miles / about an hour through the Litchfield Hills. Uber and Lyft operate at BDL from the airport's designated app-ride pickup area; taxis dispatch from the terminal curb
