Rough Francis is an American rock band from Burlington, Vermont, formed in 2008 by brothers Bobby, Julian, and Urian Hackney. The group began as a tribute to the 1970s proto-punk band Death, formed by their father and uncles, before developing its own punk and garage-rock sound.
