Bio

Tashi Dorji is a Bhutanese-born, Asheville-based experimental guitarist known for his intuitive, improvised solo playing. He arrived in Asheville, North Carolina, as an international student in 2000 and began releasing self-recorded material via Bandcamp in 2010. He records for Drag City and is a member of the duo Manas and the free-jazz trio Kuzu.
