Yasmin Williams is an American fingerstyle and lap-style acoustic guitarist and composer from Northern Virginia who earned a degree in music theory and composition at NYU. Known for percussive, unconventional techniques such as playing the guitar flat on her lap and incorporating a kalimba and tap shoes, she has released acclaimed albums including Urban Driftwood.
