The Alaska Scottish Highland Games bring a full weekend of Scottish culture to the far north, most recently over June 27 and 28, 2026 at the Alaska State Fairgrounds in Palmer. Run by the Alaskan Scottish Club, the games pair heavy athletics and flying cabers with roaring bagpipes, Highland dance, a Kilted Mile, whisky tasting, a Highland cow and more than 175 vendors, with live music from guests such as Screaming Orphans and the Harp Twins
