ARC publishes a full ADA guide in its FAQ. The event is in a park so terrain is mainly grassy, with accessible routes connecting parking, entrances, stages, accessible viewing areas and vendors. There is no ADA parking onsite, so the guide directs guests to rideshare, the CTA train or a drop off near the venue.

An accessible entry lane is at the main entrance for a guest with a disability plus one companion. Free accessibility wristbands, and one companion wristband per disabled guest, are issued onsite at the Accessibility Services Hub just past the main entrance; there is no pre-registration and no separate accessibility ticket to buy.
Accessible viewing areas are offered at designated stages. The festival runs no transport between stages and does not rent wheelchairs or scooters, but mobility devices can be recharged at the Hub. Access questions go to [email protected]
